There’s even more to Julia Nobis than meets the eye.  In a recent shoot for i-D Magazine, the Aussie model and hobbyist musician claims that she’s “inspired by the underdog.”  You Can’t Direct The Wind, But You Can Adjust The Sails is an editorial of telling portraits by Collier Schorr.

Two East coast transplants, from the Netherlands and Sweden respectively, are featured editorially in the first issue of Document Magazine.  Photographer Collier Schorr also provides one of two covers in which Liya Kebede is pictured.
